When you place an order with SkyLantern Original, you can be sure that you’ll receive your package in the shortest possible delivery time. Our team makes a point of dispatching your orders less than 24 hours after receiving your payment. All orders placed before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day. We offer a range of delivery options:

- Hermes: Delivery within 48 hours (72 hours for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight).
- DPD: Delivery within 24 hours, which must be signed for, with a choice of delivery time slot.

Whatever the delivery option you choose, we will, when possible, provide you with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s process online :

Hermes :

Delivery costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may be charged partly at a fixed rate and partly at a variable rate depending on the price or weight of your order.

We advise you to group your purchases into one order. Unfortunately, we are unable to group separate purchases into single orders. Delivery charges will be applied to each separate order.

Your package will be dispatched using oversized protective packaging designed to limit risk of damage to your order caused by shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, opened, incomplete or defective, please indicate your concerns to the delivery service and refuse to accept the package.

If you discover a fault after delivery, please contact our Customer Service line on 0330 684 5002, so that we can arrange the return of the package and proceed with the replacement or refund process.
