Although it might look a bit complicated, it is actually very easy to construct this from the flat packaging. Simply fasten the ribbon in the middle and gently tweak out the individual flourishes; the first one might take a minute or two to set up, but you will soon get the hang of how to make these large pom poms and they will look tremendous dangling from the ceiling.
